Hand knitted socks are a luxury item which everyone should knit at least once and these bobble lace socks are beautifully elegant.

Created using a single ball of Debbie Bliss Rialto Luxury Sock, a soft but hardwearing blend of wool and polyamide. The illustration shows Mutek, and there are other beautiful jewel-like shades for you to choose from, if you prefer.
The socks are knitted from the top down using double pointed needles (or a circular needle if you use the magic loop method), finishing off with Kitchener stitch at the toe – so there is no sewing up to do!
Instructions are to fit UK foot sizes 2-4, 5-7, 7-9 (US foot sizes 4.5-6.5, 7.5-9.5, 9.5-10)
To complete your socks you will need 2.25mm (US1) double pointed needles (DPNs) or a 2.25mm (US1) circular needle if using the magic loop technique. You will also need 2 stitch markers.
