Created using just one hank of Erika Knight Vintage Wool, a 100% British yarn which is available in a beautiful range of restrained shades for you to choose from.
The Cable Headband is a quick and easy project which would be an excellent introduction to a cable knitting. The single wide cable looks like a plaited braid, but is knitted flat in one piece and the ends sewn together afterwards.
Instructions are One Size to fit an average adult’s head: 7 x 40cm (2¾ x 15¾”).
To complete your Cable Headband you will need 5.0mm (US8) knitting needles. You will also need a cable needle.
