A simple and elegant lace shawl which is interesting to knit and a pleasure to wear.
Created using two skeins of Fyberspates Scrumptious DK, a lustrous silk and merino blend which is available in a range of jewel-like shades for you to choose from.
Designed by Carol Feller, the Centrique Shawl uses a straightforward lace repeat and would be an ideal first shawl project.
Instructions are written and charted, and when complete, your shawl will measure approximately 54” width x 25” at the centre point (124 x 64cm).
You will need a 5.5mm (US9) 60cm (24”) circular knitting needle and stitch markers.
Instructions are also given for a smaller version of the shawl, created using one skein of Fyberspates Scrumptious 4 Ply and a 4.5mm (US7) 60cm (24”) circular knitting needle
